This role requires a multi-faceted individual who combines excellent communication skills with problem solving solutions (which are provided by our expert team). This position allows you to get in at the ground level and learn the presentation phase of the sales process as well as the technical approach to engineering and technical problem solving.

Specifically, you will be successful in this role if you can:

- Generate quotes from our technicians and handle customer service inquiries.
- Answer inquiries.
- Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential new customers.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of clients.
- Work individually and as part of a team.
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Proactively identify customer needs.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Record and modify customer information within the database.

And you have:

- Accurate data entry skills with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Strong multi-tasking, organization and priority setting skills.
- High degree of responsiveness
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- High level of Accountability.

Assessments will be administered during the interview process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
