Customer Service Representative

Competition Glass is looking for an outgoing Customer Service Rep. to join our team

Operating in the heart of the Okanagan for over 40 years, Competition Glass is a leader in the commercial glazing industry. Based out of Kelowna, BC, we pride ourselves in our successful track record of notable projects. Our team of professionals are involved in projects from inception to design, project management, fabrication, installation and service. Serves customers by providing information, generating quotes, orders, invoices, and collects revenue. Directs customer inquiries to the appropriate persons within the company.
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Assist front counter customers
- Directs all customer inquiries as required
- Enters customer information into software
- Creates site measure paperwork
- Provides quotations to customers
- Processes deposits
- Creates work orders
- Processes purchase order confirmations
- Informs customers that their orders are ready
- Processes completed orders, sends invoices, and collects payments
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Other administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience would be considered an asset
- Window and Door experience would be considered an asset
- Quick learner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
