**Job Overview**:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our construction services company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for accurately entering orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Order Processing & Data Entry:

- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Verify order details, pricing, and specifications to prevent errors.

Customer Service:

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Coordination & Communication:

- Liaise with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Confirm delivery schedules and communicate updates to customers.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.18-$26.31 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
