**What You’ll be Doing**

Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or upselling solution for their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

As the Order Entry Clerk, you will use your data entry skills to input high-volumes of customer orders to ensure customers all around the world receive their orders on a timely basis.

**This position is a 6 month contract and an in-office position at our London, ON office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process high-volume customer orders into ERP and Database systems
- Resolve customer complaints and follow-up on unfullfilled orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information and input orders

**Who you are?**
- Previous Order Entry experience or relevant experience is an asset
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable and a self-starter
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work independently and part of a team
