**Job Summary**:
As a Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service representative at our furniture store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate product and customer information while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include managing data entry tasks, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience both in-store and online.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update product information, customer orders, and inventory data into the company’s database.
- Process customer orders and ensure all information is correctly captured.
- Resolve customer issues related to order status, product details, and returns.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and store information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between the sales floor and the back office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.35-$26.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
