The **Administrative Coordinator - Orders & Purchasing** is responsible for supporting daily business operations by entering and processing customer orders, purchase orders, and reviewing related documentation for accuracy and compliance. This role ensures smooth and timely flow of information between departments, vendors, and customers, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the administrative and procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter customer sales orders into the system and confirm details with internal teams or clients as needed.
- Create and process purchase orders for suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review incoming documents (e.g., order forms, invoices, shipping paperwork) for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounting) to ensure order and purchasing data aligns with production or delivery schedules.
- Track order status and follow up with vendors or internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of orders, POs, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or invoices.
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication with external partners.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, order processing, or purchasing support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
