**About This Opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Lower Mainland, you will have the opportunity to support the sales organization through sales reports, IT troubleshooting as well as direct marketing expenditures. Throughout the year, your involvement and planning of employee engagement activities and community outreach programs will support deliver our mission, vision and values to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Filtering sales reports (Margin Minder, Innovation Reporting, and Incentives)
- Welcome and coordinate the administrative steps of all new unionized employees
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
- Managing direct marketing expenses on a timely manner with District Sales Managers
- Organizing employee engagement activities as well as community outreach programs
- Perform tasks related to administrative support for managers

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 years demonstrated experience in an office admin/executive assistant role;
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects;
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- SAP and Accounts Payable knowledge considered an asset.
