**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing property service projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project timelines, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and administrative records
- Support the operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Contribute to improving processes and keeping projects running like a well-oiled machine
