**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced **Business Development Manager** to help drive new growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and working closely with our project coordination team to meet targets. If you have a passion for sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client segments
- Build, manage, and maintain client relationships
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales
- Collaborate with project management team to close deals
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Conduct site visits as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience in construction, cabinetry, or home improvement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
