**Project coordinator - custom signage**

Innovative Signage in Burnaby is an industry leader in manufacturing high quality custom signage for residential, commercial, retail and industrial establishments. - Managing projects from inception to completion
- Review new tenders for feasibility and identify potential issues
- Review shop drawings to ensure material specifications/quantities are accurate
- Review project specifications and coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors and clients for artwork, site surveys, production/manufacturing, engineering, permit, power/electrical requirements.
- Determine permit requirements and prepare and submit permit documentation
- Coordinate site/signage details with engineers
- Create project outlines and Gantt charts and communicate deadlines.
- Process change orders and track quantity and prices changes
- Generate drawings to illustrate fabrication details
- Coordinate installation requirements
- Experience with interpreting design and technical drawings
- Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Access, Power Point, ERP/MRP graphics software and CAD is a definite asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to maintain schedules and meet established deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills

You will ideally have working experience in an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator role within the Signage/Manufacturing/Fabrication/Construction or Printing industries for a minimum of one year. **Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
