**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Customer Service Representative at Multigraphics. As a Project Manager Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing wide format print and manufacturing projects, coordinating and expediting production, quality control and overseeing customer deliveries are met. You will work closely with a designated salesperson and our customers to ensure their needs are met and that projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in project management and expediting
- Knowledge of Large Format Print materials and processes
- Skills in managing timelines and client expectations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the printing industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
