**Installation Scheduler**

Innovative Signage in Burnaby is an industry leader in manufacturing high quality custom signage for residential, commercial, retail and industrial establishments. For over 30 years, we have been serving a variety of industries with local and national clients in property development, construction, architecture, interior design, commercial development, and retail. Our passion helps us create some of the most magnificent visual signage you have probably seen around Vancouver.

Key responsibilities and deliverables include:

- Coordinating our team of installers for site surveys, site preparations and installations
- Communicating with the customer or site supervisors to schedule service or installation dates, times, security requirements, equipment accessibility, site readiness, priorities, etc.
- Maintaining and controlling the installation or service schedule, working closely with our internal and contract installers to ensure efficient and timely signage installations
- Quality control of the finished product to ensure all related signage/hardware/pieces are at ready for installation team before dispatching to work sites
- Clearly communicating with the Install team, Department heads, Account Managers and Site contacts about any deviations, changes or issues
- Arranging site installations directly with clients and organizing equipment with suppliers
- Allocating required resources with the installation demands
- Maintaining job hours spent, install inventory, and various other tracking reports as required

To be successful, the individual should have the following skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong focus on inter-personal skills.
- Must be very organized and self-motivated
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good Computer skills
- Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s license

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
