Job Purpose:
The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for participating in the design, implementation, and adoption of end-user enterprise productivity solutions. This position is 25% business process analysis, 25% data management, 25% content creation, and 25% training and communication.

Essential Functions:

- Produces content for training needs assessments, training plan development, and delivery of business training as part of companywide projects and initiatives.
- Able to analyze and document business processes to work with cross-functional teams to leverage process and technical solutions.
- Participates in requirement gathering sessions and creates systems specification documents; can work creatively within processes and can identify gaps in current tech or business processes.
- Deliver learning content to business units and divisions in a customer-oriented way and according to Lanco methods and standards by building on a detailed practical knowledge of the system and/or processes in place.
- Build assessments after the change and training activities to ensure the understanding and adoption of users and those additional requirements are included in the communication and training plan of the business unit affected.
- Contribute to constantly improving training methods and standards as well as process and organizational development.
- Work to ensure that business units are fully utilizing the technology and achieving success with adoption by developing KPIs regarding user adoption.

Additional Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional business teams to design and implement business process automation tools (e.g. workflow automation)

Qualifications Guidelines Experience/Training/Education (required):
1-2 years of development and delivery of training solutions, including assessments, concept, documents, train-the-trainer material, training schedules, and monitoring of training experience.

Professional experience as a Change Agent, User Adoption Specialist, or User Engagement Expert. Desired: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to proactively drive processes and anticipate client needs to identify gaps and drive solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability-must be able to focus on different types of tasks daily as required.
- Ability to identify critical issues, escalate as needed, and respond to changing priorities.
- Ability to successfully communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Required Software Experience:
MS Teams, Office365, Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Camtasia, SnagIt

Desired Software Experience:
Sales CRM (like Salesforce), an ERP system
