**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, validate and implement comprehensive digital and growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
- Be the liaison with other agencies engaged in different digital marketing services for our partner brands
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to capture all digital marketing activities to ensure they’re all working cohesively together.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to understand the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making.
- Create and drive strategic content for our partner brands.
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to management.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing including social media management, advertising and communications.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of social media tools and CMS platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. Familiarity with emerging platforms.
- Experience in Klaviyo and customer.io is a huge plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing best practices.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, presentation, project management and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive mindset and ability to plan, communicate, and deliver project plans accordingly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization.
- Has a particularly strong aptitude to learn new programs quickly.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**Additional Information**:

- We prefer this role to be hybrid, with a blend of in-office and remote work, but we are open to considering fully remote arrangements.
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- On-site parking.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
