We are seeking a talented and versatile professional who can excel as both a Graphic Designer and Digital Content Creator, combining expertise in both design and content creation to elevate our brand's visual and digital presence while supporting our comprehensive marketing efforts.
Position Summary
As the Graphic and Digital Content Specialist, you'll serve not just as a creator but as an interpreter of the brand's aesthetic for internal and external audiences. Your role will be to craft visually compelling content that resonates not only with our core customer base but also with designers and furniture buyers at large who hold a deep appreciation for aesthetic nuance and quality craftsmanship.
Your work will encompass both graphic design and content dissemination, all meticulously aligned with our brand's style, ethos and values. You will work in collaboration with multiple team members and vendors who will support this role with both strategic insights and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Develop digital and print artwork for campaigns
- Conduct meticulous photo-editing for end-use artwork
- Design marketing materials, physical collateral and stationery
- Utilize advanced photography and videography skills to create high-quality visual content
Content Creation & Social Media
- Produce, edit, and manage a library of photo and video assets
- Curate, schedule, and monitor content across social platforms
- Uphold brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Analysis & Reporting
- Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools and refine tactics
- Make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Develop and align content strategies with broader marketing goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and other
- Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and video editing software
- Understanding of various social media platforms, tools, and algorithms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
