**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms (organic and paid).
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B testing and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a bonus.
