**Summary**

Your role as an Office Manager:
The Office Manager organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. He/She is responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and building employee engagement through various in-person and virtual activities and more.

**Long Description**

**What you will be doing**:

- Point person for facility management of our Montreal office, mailing, shipping, office supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Manage and order office supplies to keep the office areas in good operating and housekeeping condition and replenish when required
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced, including printers and coffee machines
- Schedule and manage outside suppliers to maintain office and cafeteria equipment
- Coordinate with the building manager, cleaning and repair crews to solve office issues

**Long Description**
- Manage relationships, contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and assist various teams with apparel/gift orders
- Lead and coordinate the logistics of virtual & in-person social events/activities, coordinate catering orders for all local events, meetings and get togethers
- Coordinate with IT team for general team member support and shipment of equipment
- Assist the HR team with new hires onboarding activities such as access cards coordination with building security and new hire equipment shipment
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Provide general support to visitors Ad hoc meeting organization (Outlook invites & Zoom links) and event reservations for executive team members (dinners, lunches)

**Long Description**

**What we’re looking for**:

- At least 3 years in a similar role
- Proven office management and administrative experience handling a wide range of duties
- Autonomous and work independently with little or no supervision Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
- Proactive, energetic and well organized
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
