A career as Product Office, Global Payment Solutions means providing coordination and consulting support to the Bank's product managers and distribution channels to develop winning solutions for our clients. In addition, you will need to know and understand end-to-end processes to be able to develop tools and work processes that aim to improve the customer and employee experience. It is with your knowledge in the payments and treasury sector that you will be able to take charge of the activities and provide solutions.

Your role:

- Know and understand end-to-end processes to develop tools and work processes that aim to improve the customer and employee experience.
- Define the product strategy while fostering an environment focused on collaboration and sharing successes in collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Identify product risks and conduct in-depth risk analyses, taking charge of IHL (Product Approval and Review Committee) process activities, conducting action plans and implementing controls to protect the Bank and its clients.
- Establish clear, concise and effective documentation and maintain product procedures and policies
- Represent the team at various internal governance forums
- Continuously monitor our competitors' practices and prices.
- Help establish impacts and solutions during technological incidents and crisis units, and implement corrective measures. Follow the resolution steps and communicate the impacts to the various stakeholders.
- Act as an expert for the various teams at the bank.

Temporary position lasting 12 months.

Required competencies:

- Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience OR master's degree related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience OR university certificate/PUB 1st cycle and seven years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the payments and cash management industry (SBI-E, SBI-Mobile, SWIFT, ISO 20022, electronic funds transfers, drafts and settlements)
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Good knowledge of Jira
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate various competing projects and work requests
- Excellent command of the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Bilingualism French/English necessary, because you frequently interact with our suppliers or partners speaking a language other than French

Preferred competencies:

- Experience in project management and delivery, desirable
- Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, rigor and analytical skills
