**Description**:
Responsible for providing ongoing administrative support to senior leadership team. The first point of contact for the company leadership and provides exceptional customer service with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. #LI-GB1

**Essential Functions**:

- Provides overall administrative support to leadership team.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and administration departments to efficiently manage any office facility needs.
- Manages Leadership calendar, answers phone and provides assistance with questions as needed, opens and distributes mail, and maintains and orders office supplies.
- Organize and lead company’s social activities
- Manages travel requirements to domestic and/or international locations.
- Take minutes during meetings
- Assists with meeting arrangements for team meetings and events.
- Provides communication to Rizing HCM team on a regular basis.
- Oversee stock and ordering of office supplies, coffee, lunches, barrel water, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Essential Functions (Continued)**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Professional demeanor with strong organizational and planning skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Business Administration Diploma preferred
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Five years’ experience as a Executive Assistant and Office Manager
- Excellent communication skills - Bilingual (English and French)
- Hybrid role: must be present at our Offices in Old Montreal, 3 days per work week
