Here’s your chance Make the leap and join our team We’re looking for someone autonomous, creative, and detail‑oriented to take on the role of Office & Events Coordinator, in a highly collaborative environment. **DESCRIPTION** You’ll be part of a great dynamic team and will report to the Director of Human Resources. This multi‑skilled role will lead you to work very closely with various teams from Insum and Talan to make sure the work environment is efficient, pleasant, and fun for all, whether it be remotely or in the office. For this hybrid position you will get to work from our office in Montreal (Square Victoria) two days a week, or more if that’s what you want Those will be your main responsibilities: **Administration** - Plan and organize the logistics of meetings and committees, - Plan and organize the logistics linked to local and international business trips for employees and upper management, - Perform various tasks related to billing and accounting, - Answer the requests of the executive committee (preparing meetings ), - Keep the list of suppliers up to date and know how to negotiate a service offer. **Office life** - Manage of the office inventory and place orders, if necessary (equipment, food ), - Coordinate activities with the building operator (maintenance, cleaning, keys, key fobs ), - Manage mail and sending/returning IT equipment, - Keep the office space neat and organized. **Social activities and events** - Contribute to preparing and organizing social events (happy hours, annual party ) - Organize professional activities (Spanish classes, refresher training sessions ). **You are**: - Passionate and curious: you have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. - Proactive: you’re efficient and know how to take on several projects concurrently. - Sociable, extroverted, and energetic: you’re renowned for your solid team spirit. - Detail-oriented: you care about doing excellent work, while being flexible and agile. - Bilingual: you can communicate smoothly in the two official languages (French and English), both written and oral (Spanish an asset). - A good listener: you know how to stay discreet and to respect information confidentiality. - A skilled communicator: you readily develop positive interpersonal relationships and know how to interact with the various hierarchy levels within the organization with ease. **Your experience and skills**: - High school degree, DVS or ACS, DCS relevant to the position an asset - 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative support - Liking to have fun **SUMMARY** - ** Type of job**: Permanent, full‑time - ** Salary**: To be discussed, depending on the level of experience - ** Social benefits**: Group insurance, RRSP with employer contribution, sick days, monthly allowance for remote work, access to telemedicine platform Dialogue, access to fitness platform Sworkit, etc. - Work life balance thanks to flexible hours - ** Start date**: ASAP. **Want to be part of our team?
