We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Office Administrator for Construction and Development.
- You are responsible for all aspects of Project Administration from development to construction of our current and future construction projects. The main responsibility will be to collaborate with other business functions and ensure smooth transition and completion of all submissions and project requirements in a timely manner. This position will require knowledge and experience of the construction environment and development processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to bring projects from development to construction
- Manage and plan public consultation programs
- Assist consultants in preparing site and building drawings while meeting project deadlines
- Ensure project deadlines are achieved and schedules are available and timelines achieved
- Collaborate with Regional and Municipal officials for project requirements
- Manage the project tender process
- Prepare and collect all Building Permit documents for submission to municipality
- Providing administrative support to Construction Superintendent
- Co-ordination of project meetings and safety compliance
- Compile and routinely update Master Gant Schedule for each project
- Quality control management
- Coordinate trades for timely completion of jobs
- Assist with resolving on-site trade and or supplier issues and inquiries
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and teamwork hours
- Schedule building inspections as required
- Manage and process RFI, CO
- Have a clear understanding each trades scope of work and contractual requirements
- Schedule locates as required
- Coordinating material requests and orders
- Coordinating equipment rentals and timely returns
- Prepare Site Supervisor Information Package for all new projects
- Ensure appropriate and current government documentation is on site
- Ensure Ministry of Labour Notice of Project Form is completed and submitted prior to all major construction activity
- Ensure Ministry of Labour Form 1000 is completed and on file at the office and a copy given to the Construction Superintendent
- Ensure Ministry of Labour standards are being enforced

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience
- Construction background and knowledge is a must
- Very well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Communicate effectively
- Strategically manage time
- Ability to multi task projects
