**Bilingual Business Development Specialist**
**Responsibilities**:
You are responsible for
- research and connect with new/potential customers and prospects to develop sales opportunities with current and potential QNAP customers
- Promote QNAP to potential clients as a key strategic partner and solutions provider that can solve their key business problems, and bring and support them the new business approach
- Build strategic and strong long-term relationships with key decision makers of partners and customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction including addressing their concerns and questions on timely basis
- Provide presentations, demonstrations, and training to the channel partners
- Stay up to date with new products/services and industry trends
- Maintain closely existing accounts base and increase revenues and profitability with the accounts
- Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit goals
- Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half year business review report and action plan
- Support trade shows locally and Canada wide
- Leads’ management and follow up
- The duties and tasks assigned by management
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- BS/BA degree in E.E., Computer Science or related IT area or business management related is preferred.
- One to three years of IT business development experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build business relationships.
- Possesses strong project management skills
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written in both official languages (French & English)
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and sales results oriented
- Effective business development and negotiation skills required
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong technical, organizational skills and proficient with Windows based Office suite
- Must have a desire to learn new technologies.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Flexible for local traveling

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
