General Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations
- Supervise staff and ensure quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $68000 - $80000 / year
