The hotel is preparing to reopen in the coming months following a major top-to-bottom renovation. It now features modern guestrooms, a sleek new restaurant, refreshed public spaces, and updated meeting facilities. Backed by a strong ownership group and a skilled management team, we’re looking for a hands-on, business-savvy leader to drive the reopening and take the hotel to new heights.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct all hotel operations with a focus on service excellence, revenue performance, and profitability.
- Lead the final phase of renovation and ensure a flawless reopening aligned with Marriott standards.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team culture driven by results and guest satisfaction.
- Own the financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and GOP delivery.
- Collaborate with Marriott, hotel ownership, and corporate leadership to drive performance.
- Support sales and marketing strategies to reintroduce the hotel to the London market.
- Actively engage with the local business and tourism community to raise visibility and build partnerships.

What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years in hotel management, ideally with GM experience or a strong #2 ready to step up.
- Experience with hotel renovations, openings, or rebranding is highly desirable.
- Background with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, or comparable full-service hotel brands.
- Proven leadership in team development, guest service, and financial results.
- Strong computer skills including PMS, accounting/payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
