Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open.Under general supervision, the selected incumbent will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services in our Sales and Operations department while reporting to the Vice-President of Western Canada. They will make independent decisions within guidelines regarding planning and scheduling of work to assist with regular as well as ad-hoc tasks including and not limited to the preparation and submission of expenses, reports and documentation for varying team members. There will need to have data entry, analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently with some job supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordonner l’agenda du vice-président.
- Préparer et soumettre des notes de frais.
- Gérer les rapports d’emploi du temps et de présence ainsi que le calendrier des vacances.
- Préparer, gérer et soumettre des modèles de document pour les réunions d’équipe.
- Participer à la rédaction des communiqués internes et des documents de conformité.
- Produire et analyser des rapports mensuels au besoin.
- Mettre à jour les listes d’articles et de produits au besoin.
- Produire des rapports trimestriels d’évaluation des clients à partir de l’analyse des données de l’entreprise.
- Exporter des rapports budgétaires mensuels.
- Participer à l’organisation des déplacements.
- Coordonner et commander les documents marketing.
- Agir comme contact principal pour toutes les questions de bureau.
- Collaborer à d’autres tâches administratives et projets spéciaux qui se présentent au quotidien.

- Coordinates schedule items for the Vice President.
- Prepares and submits expense reports.
- Manages time and attendance reporting and vacation scheduling.
- Prepares, manages & submits templates for team meetings.
- Assists in creating internal communication and compliance documents.
- Provides and analyses monthly reports as required.
- Updates items and product lists as required.
- Generates customer review reports on a quarterly basis using Business Analytics.
- Exports monthly budget reports.
- Assists with travel arrangements.
- Responsible for coordinating and ordering marketing material.
- Main contact for all office issues.
- Assist with other administrative duties and special projects that arise on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
Français:
- Communications : Bilingue — Français et anglais, parlé et écrit
- Éducation : Diplôme d’études secondaires/formation générale requis; certaines études collégiales/universitaires de préférence
- Expérience : de 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste administratif similaire
- Solides aptitudes à exécuter plusieurs tâches et à organiser
- Grande maîtrise des logiciels MS Office et bonne connaissance des divers outils comme les logiciels graphiques et de traitement de texte, les tableurs, etc.
- Connaissance des pratiques et procédures utilisées dans les grandes organisations
