Full Time E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Location: Head Office - Streetsville Mississauga

Availability: Full-time

Job description:
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for processing incoming products to drive our online success. The perfect fit for this role is someone who is extremely organized, uses their time efficiently, and has a take charge initiative.

Day to day:
50% - Product Handling
- Unboxing incoming shipments
- Sorting, organizing, and counting
- Tagging
- Split product between stores and online

40% - Online Operations
- Create and update Shopify product listings and collection pages while adhering to brand language guidelines
- Maintain backend site organization
- Manage Inventory (organize incoming inventory, perform cycle counts, input new stock, and manage location transfers)
- Create product packing lists for store distribution

10% - Strategy Planning + Administrative Tasks
- Assist with organizing and coordinating bi-weekly crystal launches (web and instagram live)
- Regularly collaborate with creative department to drive online store success
- Provide customer support via phone + chat
- Attend and participate in weekly e-commerce meetings

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Has great time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Google Suite, Word, Outlook), and Apple Macbook OS.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities under time constraints
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to oversee product launch dates and important sales
- 1-2 Years of Shopify or administrative experienceis a plus
- Possesses a team player attitude
