**Purpose**:
The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and sales services to Sales & Marketing Coordinator and Sales Management in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Post listings on digital market platforms.
- Write descriptions of the products.
- You are a modern Inventory Manager. You need previous experience in eCommerce, dealing with a large number of skus
- Assist E-commerce specialist with any inquires related to products.
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Technical competencies**:

- Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Amazon seller Central, and other third place marketing planforms
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- High energy level with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adaptable to new changes.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to find solutions to achieve our common goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to various sales department heads.
- Assist in the analysis of territory alignment and optimization.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Education**:College diploma or recent university graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Finance or Marketing.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
