**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Post job ads on various platforms and screen resumes
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist Payroll with onboarding, offboarding and Benefits Administration

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
- Administer benefits and handle employee relations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

**Technology Proficiency**:

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various HR tasks
- Manage and organize documents and information on SharePoint
- Effectively use Payworks for payroll processing and reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Payworks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
