**HR Strategy & Employee Relations**:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing HR support and guidance.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Support internal career development initiatives and training programs.

**Employee Benefits & Leave Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure proper coverage for employees.
- Educate employees on benefits programs and eligibility.
- Manage leave administration (sick leave, disability, parental leave, vacation, etc.).

**HR Data, Compliance & Reporting**:

- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and employee documentation securely.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.
- Track and report employee attendance, leave balances, and benefits usage.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.

**Workplace Health & Safety (WHMIS & Compliance)**:

- Conduct health & safety training in compliance with workplace regulations.
- Oversee occupational health policies and workplace safety measures.
- Handle workers’ compensation claims and incident reports.

**HR Technology & Process Optimization**:

- Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and digital onboarding tools).
- Automate and streamline HR workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage data analytics to track HR metrics and improve workforce planning.

**Administrative HR Generalist Functions**:

- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
- Manage staff identification management system and HRIS functions.
- Support payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
- Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.

**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
