KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support stores in their recruitment for the positions of “customer service attendant, assistant manager, store manager and coordinator”:

- By carrying out media placement of the positions to be filled;
- By sorting resumes;
- By planning and being present at job fairs;
- By creating links with various employment assistance organizations and educational institutions;
- By organizing special recruitment activities.
- Collaborate in the improvement and development of recruitment tools;
- Provide the necessary support to stores that need it and visit stores where needs are persistent;
- Carry out exit interviews and compile and analyze them;
- Supervise and support managers in their staffing process;
- Develop and implement workforce attraction and retention practices;
- Support the new website;
- Do any other project related to recruitment and work on special Human Resources projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- DEC in administration, human resources option or Baccalaureate in Human Resources / Industrial Relations;
- Minimum of one (1) year of recruitment experience;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office environment;
- Bilingual (French and English).

QUALITIES DESIRED
- Attention to detail and ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously and establish priorities;
- Strong sense of organization, ability to manage priorities and work on several mandates simultaneously;
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment while remaining positive and focused;
- Excellent oral and written communication.
