Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

2-5 years’ experience in a legal assistant role, reception, or similar professional role

Highly organized with ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize and meet deadlines with attention to detail and ability to think critically to solve problems.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written,

Effective interpersonal and client service skills, with strong initiative and ability to work independently under pressure and within a team environment

Intermediate skills with MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, Outlook), PC Law or similar accounting software.

Nice to have experience with client database software, we use LEAP for our clients.

Experience with Sangoma, or similar multi-line phone system.
