Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:

- Accurately enter, track, and manage orders from receipt to fulfillment.
- Verify order information for completeness, pricing, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Logistics Coordination:

- Arrange and monitor the shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness, evaluate the best shipping method.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- File claims and track lost packages with courier companies

Excel and Data Analysis:

- Utilize Excel to create and maintain detailed reports on order status, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement tools or processes to enhance order entry and logistics operations.

Problem-Solving:

- Proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and order entry processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of duties, tariffs & customs process (an asset).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
