_**Job Function: (Responsibilities include, but not limited to)**_
- Process EDI orders and sending invoices back to Customer
- Ensure all EDI transactions are sent and received by deadline
- Enter bulk orders in ERP system
- Processing orders for scheduling, shipping, and routing
- Oversee and facilitate processing of orders, product allocation, shipping, and invoicing including but not limited to high profile, urgent and due orders to make sure they are fulfilled on time
- Communicate with the sourcing and traffic teams to make sure products are coming in to be able to fulfill orders on time
- Efficient and accurate processing of orders
- Maintain shipping and routing compliance for major accounts.
- Dispute and provide backups for non-compliance charges
- Creates, analyzes, and distributesdaily and weekly reports, monitoring open and in-fulfillment orders
- Partner with Logistics to identify and resolve any potential shipping issues and/or delays
- Maintain data entry of various inventory information including inventory transfers and inventory transfer requests
- Helpsteam to coordinate activities which require special handling to ensure delivery commitments are met, communicates order status, and related items as required
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Minimum of 5 years Order Management or Customer Service experience
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvements within areas of responsibility and delivering sustained results
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience working with 3rd party logistics
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Continuous improvement approach, analytical thinking, and problem solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
