**For full-time employees**:

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The technician ensures the daily follow-up of all the stages of the web orders from the moment it is assigned until the end of its complete processing by the web stores and the distribution center according to the shipping times set by the company. They must provide support to the distribution point (store) teams, as well as work closely with their colleagues in Web Operations, store operations and the distribution center.

TASKS
- Perform daily research to find missing merchandise to complete web orders and ensure that transfers are made as soon as possible;
- Ensure that the established shipping deadlines are met and take action on orders that exceed these deadlines;
- Generate the weekly transfer report and follow up as needed on transfers whose deadlines exceed two days;
- Communicate on a daily basis with stores to follow up on orders, transfers to be shipped or transfers received;
- Communicate closely with merchandise allocation analysts to report inventory issues or to report stock shortages;
- Follow up with stores and Web Operations on BOPIS and Reservation orders that have not yet been picked up in stores.
- Be able to understand the complete process of an electronic order and master the different systems used in the context of his work;
- List the cancellations of daily orders that are problematic to customer service for compensation purposes;
- List orders blocked due to payment problems or other reasons and ensure their completion and shipment;
- Be flexible to work evenings or weekends during the few peak periods during the year;
- Perform any other related tasks requested.

EXIGENCES
- 1 to 2 years of experiences in inventory management;
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bilingualism (french - english);
- Experience in retail an asset;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office;
- Thoroughness and speed;
- Dynamic, team spirit and open-mindedness;
- Good ability to work under pressure.
