Role Overview

You will supervise day-to-day operational processes, guest experience, management engagement, staff development and financial performance as it relates to your Dave’s Hot Chicken Restaurant. You will report to the Director of Operations. This role requires at least one year of Quick Serve Restaurant management experience.

**Responsibilities**

**Business Operations**
- Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of assigned restaurant
- Maintain quality control as well as seek opportunities for improvement
- Manage and develop catering orders
- Meet regularly with managed employees to provide encouragement and growth oriented critical feedback
- Monitor and control food and beverage purchasing, product inventory and cost control of perishables.
- Manage scheduling and labour costs. Develop team leader and shift managers
- Use assigned software to report restaurant performance to Director of Operations on a weekly basis

**Guest Experience**
- Provide leadership and management that mirrors the mission and core values of the organization
- Act as lead to ensure guest satisfaction and positive guest reviews
- Manage location performance to ensure brand consistency and experience

**Team Development**
- Guide Shift Leader performance and development
- Create and lead developmental plans for the team
- Create a team that actively attracts, recruits, and retains a diverse workforce in across all levels
- Promote an inclusive culture within your restaurant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (required)
