Role Overview

You will supervise daily operations, guest experience, staff engagement and development, financial performance, and sales building in your Dave’s Hot Chicken Restaurant. You will report to the Director of Operations. This role requires at least one year of Quick Serve Restaurant General Management experience.

**Responsibilities**

**Business Operations**
- Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of assigned restaurant
- Maintain quality control as well as seek opportunities for improvement
- Manage and develop catering orders and overall growth
- Meet regularly with your team to provide encouragement and growth oriented critical feedback
- Monitor and control food and beverage purchasing, product inventory and cost control.
- Manage scheduling and labour costs. Develop team leaders and shift managers
- Complete inventory and report on financial performance on a weekly basis

**Guest Experience**
- Provide leadership and management that mirrors the mission and core values of the organization
- You are the example to ensure guest satisfaction and positive guest reviews
- Manage location performance to ensure brand consistency and experience

**Team Development**
- Guide Shift Leader performance and development
- Create and lead developmental plans for each team member
- Create a team that actively attracts, recruits, and retains a diverse workforce
- Promote an inclusive culture within your restaurant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
