Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to enable the research, development, and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technology.

We are growing and hiring a Logistics Specialist to prepare and package finished products and coordinate shipping. This is a one-year temporary role to cover for an absence.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage outbound, inbound and drop shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to assure shipment readiness.
- Prepare shipping documents complying with the regulations of the country of origin and destination.
- Communicate with customers and vendors to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Maintain and update shipment tracking log.
- Prepare comprehensive bids for logistics services providers, evaluating costs and negotiating favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs, recommending cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
- Maintain and organize packaging supplies to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2 plus years of experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of relevant international regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with ERP software, such as SAP or Sage.
- APICS CLTD or other certification or working towards one.
- Forklift certification would be an asset.
- Able to lift 40 lbs., experience with power tools and packaging equipment.
- Basic computer skills including databases and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical parts is an asset.

**Wages**: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
