**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee warehouse distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage purchasing processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating pricing with suppliers.
- Implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations and reduce costs.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan and monitor shipments effectively.
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, demand planning, and order fulfillment to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems, including AS400.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for shipping and receiving operations.
- Ensure compliance with packaging standards and oversee materials management processes.
- Assist in freight management, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise during transit.
- Support order picking operations and ensure efficient handling of products within the warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field, preferably with warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, and freight management.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret logistics metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required at hiring.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: $38,190.75-$65,351.42 per year
