We are currently looking for an organized, reliable Logistic Assistant with a precise attention to detail. This is an in-person role based in our Burnaby office, you will help to manage purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage in the ERP system.
- Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations.
- Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
- Work with carrier and third-party services.
- Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
- Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Reviewing and verifying product details like price, weight and other labelling essentials.
- Assist logistics coordinator, warehouse specialists, and other team members when needed to meet tight deadlines.
**Job Requirements**:
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Such as Microsoft Excel)
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds.
