We are growing and hiring a Logistics Coordinator to prepare outgoing shipments, check orders and documents for accuracy and build custom packaging as needed.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Shipping preparation: package parts and finish product for shipping (shrink wrap, box, label).
- Maintain and organize packaging supplies to ensure an efficient and safe work environment
- Responsible for Quality Control on shipping. No damaged product is sent out and incoming damaged product is reported; Take photograph if needs
- Assist in coordination of a variety of services including air, ocean, warehousing, land freight, customs and more.
- Prepare necessary documents.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in international shipping documentation is an asset.
- Able to lift 40 lbs, experience with power tools and packaging equipment.
- Basic computer skills including databases and spreadsheets
- Familiar with mechanical and electrical parts is an asset.
- Previous warehouse experience, able to use general packaging equipment (shrink-wrapping, strapping tools), forklift license is a plus.
