**Responsibilities**:
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Collaborates on plans and strategies towards organizational change, maximizing end-user adoption of new systems. Assesses organizational change readiness and change impact and executes and monitors the implementation of organizational change plans. Collaborates with the team in developing change management strategies to address enterprise business requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborates with the team in development of change management strategies that support and address enterprise’s business requirements. Partners with other HR practitioners to support business leaders and other stakeholders, identifying change management requirements, and providing change management expertise and consultation.
Liaises with various internal stakeholders on the project plan and change management deliverables, ensuring tactics support business strategies and are aligned to the broader goals of the project. Monitors change management timelines, performance metrics and activities, ensuring results meet specified standards and requirements. Tracks and reports any issues, alerts the Senior Change Management Advisor on any red flags or concerns that may arise during the tenure of the project.
Executes and monitors all aspects of a change management plan including communications plans, training programs, sponsorship roadmap, change resiliency coaching and rewards and recognition programs.
Acts as advocate for the change management program, promoting the benefits of change practice and demonstrating value to leaders in the successful implementation of their business initiatives. Supports learning and development of change practice across the enterprise. Consults, advises and trains internal stakeholders as required.
Proactively researches and maintains awareness of best practice, trends, and methods; develops and maintains a clear understanding of TransLink’s strategic and operational priorities, including the climate and culture; provides related recommendations to optimize OCM programs and services.
**Qualifications**:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The requirements for this job can be acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a related discipline plus five (5) years of experience in implementation of small to medium scale organizational changes and demonstrated ability in assessing and documenting organizational change readiness.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, and techniques of change management, including demonstrated ability in; assessing change-related needs and readiness; implementing, and monitoring plans for large and complex change projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to advise and consult with executives and leaders at all levels regarding change management practices and processes along with very strong written communication skills
Solid planning and organizational skills with ability to lead change management projects, and to overcome change inhibitors
Solid problem solving and decision making skills to deal with obstacles during development and implementation, including ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Solid research and analytical skills to conduct needs assessments, and identify best practice trends and methods
Change management certification or designation (completed or in progress) will be a definite asset.
**Other Information**:
Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.
**Work Schedule**:
37.5 hours per week.
This is a full-time temporary position for 12 months.

This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C.
