**Responsibilities**:
PRIMARY PURPOSE

Provides specialist change management support to execute TransLink’s organizational change management strategy. The Change Management Associate is primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating change management activities for projects across the Enterprise.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develops and executes change plans (including communications, engagement activities and training)with respective business leaders that are aligned to project milestones and support achievement of business goals, problem-solving and making recommendations and alternative solutions for consideration, evaluates change management effectiveness, tracks people readiness and steering committee reporting

Produces materials for change management campaigns tailored to the desired audience by collaboratively working with executives, managers and topic experts across the Enterprise. Writes, proof-reads, edits and vets content to be suitable for a variety of audiences and to ensure that messaging is consistent, and content meets internal communication change management goals in alignment with TransLink’s goals and objectives

Researches, evaluates and proposes training solutions including to support transformation project implementation, whether in-class, on-line/web-based tools, workshops or presentation formats. Coordinates session delivery by organizing schedules and room bookings, distributing invitations, maintaining training calendars, and handling registration queries, room set up etc. Assists with training material development and session facilitation.

Works with the Project Team and all relevant stakeholder teams to identify, document, manage, and resolve issues and risks, including mitigating change impacts

Administers the project training budget, handling invoices, liaising with Procurement to ensure purchase orders, contracts and any required documentation are in place for training vendors, and monitoring and reconciling expenditures

Participates in moderating online and in-person communications and discussions through various media channels. Participates in strategic and tactical Change Management planning.

Coordinates and administers surveys (e.g., OCM evaluation), which include developing survey content, organizing distribution, assisting with data analysis, maintaining records of results, and generating reports on findings

Works with the business to define scope of work, understand needs and requirements in order to provide change management support for medium to large projects across the Enterprise using Prosci, TransLink Enterprise’s preferred methodology and framework and HR’s change management service delivery model

Performs OCM assessments for change projects of all sizes from across the Enterprise and maintains the strategic map of what is changing for all teams and the impact this will have on their people (e.g., change landscape)

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES

Acts as a first point of contact for organizational change management (OCM). Explains procedures, provides information on nature of programs and services, assesses basic needs and refers as appropriate to manager or advisors

Responsible for maintaining the OCM roadmap for future and current projects from across the Enterprise

Develops and maintains OCM standard operating procedures, OCM leader guides and change management assessment tools. Facilitates onboarding of OCM/Training resources to the team/projects

Supports the ongoing education of change management across the Enterprise by maintaining the Prosci e-learning and annual practitioner training as well as the enterprise wide OCM community of practice cohort and the development of OCM education programs, as required

Based on project lessons learned, reviews/evaluates and continuously improves/enhances change management support tools/templates and guidelines to be integrated within the project
