This is a very exciting time to join our team. Thirteen new First Nations Led Primary Health Care Centres are in the process of hiring and beginning operations across the province, with very diverse models of service delivery. In addition, the Oral Health team has recently joined the Primary Health Care program, and the Virtual Services program is at the beginning stages of implementing team-based care in a virtual environment. It is important that we develop robust methods of evaluating our models that include both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a focus on First Nations/Indigenous methods of determining success.

**Title**: Primary Health Care Change Management Specialist
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Temporary Contract until December 31, 2027
**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am - 4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Onsite/Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office).

**About the role**
As A Primary Health Care Change Management Specialist, you will develop and implement methodologies for qualitative and mixed methods analysis, support the formation of patient and provider advisory groups, and communicate findings of patient and provider experiences to diverse stakeholders.

A major opportunity to support FNHA to incorporate qualitative data into our monitoring/reporting/evaluation environment for Primary Health Care including First Nations-Led Primary Health Care Initiative (FNPCI), Virtual Services and Oral Health. This is an opportunity to work with FNHA teams to embed rigor and expertise in using qualitative data/information to support quality improvement and evaluation using mixed methods in culturally safe and appropriate ways. This is a term role that will work with Primary Health Care and other teams to provide knowledge and expertise in integrating qualitative methods for evaluation and monitoring into work processes, in a culturally appropriate and safe manner.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education**
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare, research, or other related field that includes a focus on use of qualitative data (may be in process).

**Experience**
- 2-3 years of related experience, particularly in program execution within a healthcare organization.
- Experience in working with qualitative data through a First Nations lens.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

**Knowledge**
- Demonstrated knowledge of qualitative methodology, tools, software, and engagement techniques
- Strong knowledge and comfort with use of technology in health care, usually acquired over a period of 3-5 years of daily use of technology enablers in day-to-day work.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
