**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity.
- Execute restoration projects, ensuring the preservation of original features while enhancing functionality.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precise cuts and assembly in manufacturing processes.
- Engage in masonry work including bricklaying and stone setting as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required during installations or material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.
- Provide maintenance person services including plumbing and electrical work when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields is essential.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry techniques, and flooring installation methods.
- Proficiency in cabinet installation, tile laying, roofing, caulking, and construction painting.
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in construction environments is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
