Temporary position for 6 month
As an Operations Support, Administrator, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity. You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Service client/member accounts such as build member accounts; post payments; make adjustments, investigate as required
- Carry out administrative tasks, including manipulation of data, data entry and modification
- Help prepare documentation with recommendations for appropriate handling
- Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters

**What you bring to the table**
- College diploma in a related field
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Expertise in MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Expertise in data processing (typing)
