**Operations Support Analyst -** Overview**

Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support, the Senior Operations Support Analyst has an extensive role in promoting a collaborative culture across multiple Functional teams. This person will provide technical, analytical, and regulatory support to both Calgary Operations and Field Operations.

**Location: Calgary, AB**

**Senior Operations Support Analyst **- The Role**

**Database Support**
- Assist in deployment and administration of new systems and software
- Develop and maintain procedures and processes related to the support of systems and software (FDC, Oplynx, Fuel.Flare.Vent Manager, ProTrend, Execute)
- Provide training and documentation on operational software
- Liaise with Canlin Information Systems Team

**Technical & Administrative Support**
- Data gathering, visualization and analysis as needed (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio)
- Create Order Requests and Purchase Orders within the Purchase to Pay system
- Create Work Requests, Work Orders and PM’s within the CMMS system
- Provide project administrative support (Cost tracking, AFE creation, invoice coding, change request management & progress reporting)
- Annual budget coordination and support
- Assist with corporate ERP exercises and provide ERP scribe support
- Manage and prepare monthly fuel, flare vent reporting; Monthly reconciliation, review and liaise with PA Team

**Regulatory Support**
- DDS and OneStop system administrator
- Support Regulatory Audit and Field Inspection response coordination
- Coordinate Annual Well Testing Programs and submissions
- Assist with well and pipeline abandonment submissions
- Coordinate Annual Enhanced Production Audit Program (EPAP) and compliance scorecard

**Senior Operations Support Analyst **- The Person**
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a quick learner
- Self-starting, dependable, accepts ownership, drives own goals/performance
- Requires 10 or more years’ industry experience including FDC, Project Management and Regulatory experience
- Trade experience or related degree would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of systems analysis, administration, and design techniques
- Awareness of continuous improvement or project management methodologies (Lean, Agile, Operational Excellence, etc.)
- Ensure operational data systems adhere to data governance best practices
- Ability to develop plans for current and future needs
- Highly adaptable to change and shifting priorities
- Ability to meet and monitor time sensitive deadlines
