The role of the **Operations Administrator**is to support smooth daily operations by working closely with the manager and supervisor of the reservations department, providing critical support, allowing them to focus on leading and empowering the reservations team. The Operations Administrator manages administrative tasks, streamlines workflows, and supports the backend functions of the department.

As a part of the **Reservations Department**, you will play a key role in supporting the reservations leadership team. This **hybrid, full-time, salaried position**reports to the **Reservations Manager.**

Ability to support the reservations department when required.
- Providing assistance to the Reservations manager on problems and issues from agents, vendors, and clients.
- Monitoring and sending appropriate personnel updates on corporate travel policies.
- Keeping the department aware of any changes to client travel policies.
- Resolving agent errors, supporting RLT(Reservations Leadership Team) inbox, and communicating to manager on resolution.
- Actively participate in daily huddles by contributing insights, planning discussions, and supporting team coordination.

Process and Procedure Development:

- Contribute to improving and developing processes and procedures within the reservation department.

Client Updates and Process Changes:

- Remaining up to date, supporting supervisor and manager with all aspects of client additions, changing preferences, and new processes.

Error Identification and Resolution:

- Identifying and investigating errors, trying to resolve, rectify or verify if it is an agent error.
- Work with CSR to address issues such as client-related hotel damage, confirm client invoicing dates, and other relevant concerns.

Supplier Communications and Validation:

- Address name changes, rate evaluations, rate loading, contract information, hotel and payment issues, and other related information with the supplier team.

Data Accuracy and Corrections:

- Correct MIR errors as needed.
- Ensure missed client coding is confirmed and updated accurately.

**Experience**:

- GDS: 1 year (required)
