From its office in Edmonton Alberta, Anova Energy partners with leading North American organizations to provide strategic energy solutions.

Anova Energy is currently engaged in a search for a Junior Account Manager for their Albertan operations. In this role, you will be tasked with developing a portfolio of commercial clients and transacting on their behalf to secure the best terms, conditions and competitive pricing for their energy requirements.

**Junior Account Manager - Energy Broker** **Responsibilities include**:

- Provide support to Account Managers as they develop new and maintain existing client relationships through business-to-business marketing activities.
- New business development through direct marketing.
- Collaborating with Anova Energy Management team to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business;
- Preparing documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions, deletions, and renewals
- Initiating, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with the energy community through attendance and participation at industry functions and events.
- An interest in business-to-business sales and/or commercial marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member and independently with minimum supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under the pressure of competing deadlines
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills

**Education and Professional Development**:

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or Economics is preferred
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
