**Junior Sales Associate (Edmonton, AB) - Full-Time, 1-Year Contract**
Salary & Compensation:
- Base Salary: $49,000 - $55,000 per year
- Commission: 10% on all new sales - continuous with client book earned.
- Performance Bonus: $5,000 for every $50,000 in new business - for reference, this can be achieved with 2-5 larger scale projects earned.
- Expense Account: $500 monthly
- Additional Benefits: Company-provided training, cell phone, laptop, and HubSpot CRM license.
- Vehicle allowance / Mileage

Preffered “as-built” supplier to Sobeys Canada, UrbanMeasure is a full-service as-built measurement and media company catering to the residential and commercial real estate industry. We specialize in providing professional measurements, floor plans, photography, video, lidar scans, and aerial services to help our clients sell, rent, and renovate properties.

The Role
We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to expand our presence in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a full-time, 1-year contract role with the potential for extension based on performance. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and closing deals with professionals in the real estate, architecture, and construction industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and explain UrbanMeasure’s services and value proposition.
- Generate and follow up on leads, cold calls, and scheduled meetings.
- Manage prospects and sales activity using HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ year of inbound/outbound sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the real estate, construction, or design industries is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
