**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule relief shifts for pharmacists, ensuring all shifts are staffed promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize Excel spreadsheets for tracking schedules, payments, and client information.
- Answer incoming calls, providing support and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure seamless communication between contractors and clients.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments or scheduling conflicts.
- Stay on top of all tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and no details are overlooked.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, office software, and other productivity tools.
- A sharp memory and excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, invoicing, and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in staffing, scheduling, or administrative roles is a significant asset.
- Negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring efficiency in administrative tasks.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to quickly solve problems, coordinate shifts, and manage unexpected challenges.
- Quick-witted and adaptable, with the ability to make sound decisions independently and navigate dynamic situations effectively.

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
